The price stated above already includes taxes and will be added to your guest folio. You can settle the payment upon your check-in. If you wish to proceed with a transfer arrangement, kindly furnish us with the following details:
Operating Hours:
- Airport Pickup (Airport to Hotel): 05:00-24:00 hrs.
- Airport Drop-off (Hotel to Airport): 07:00-21:00 hrs. Surcharge THB 100 for 05:00-07:00 hrs.
- Contact us if you are requesting for service outside operating hours.
The pick-up location is contingent upon your arrival at Chiang Mai, so please ensure to thoroughly review your flight details and indicate the nature of your flight: Direct Flight (International), Connecting Flight (International), or Direct Flight (Domestic).
Flying From Another Country:
- DIRECT FLIGHT (INTERNATIONAL): If you are flying directly to Chiang Mai, when you arrive, you will clear customs and leave the airport through the international gate.
- CONNECTING FLIGHT (INTERNATIONAL): If you are flying from another country to a different city in Thailand and then to Chiang Mai, you will go through immigration in the city where you connect. You will leave Chiang Mai Airport through the international gate. (Even if your last flight is within Thailand, you will still use the international gate.)
For pickup, go to the TRUEMOVE booth in the international area at Chiang Mai Airport.
Flying From Another City in Thailand to Chiang Mai:
- DIRECT FIGHT (DOMESTIC): If you are already in Thailand and taking a flight to Chiang Mai, you will leave the airport through the domestic gate.
For pickup, meet at STARBUCKS in the domestic area at Chiang Mai Airport.
